Who this policy covers
This policy applies to fbasupport.com and to the website design, hosting and support services we provide to FBA members (the “Services”).
It does not cover the member websites we host. Each member site is operated by the member broker, who is responsible for that site’s own privacy policy and for the information its visitors share. When we host or support a member site, we handle that site’s data only on the member’s behalf, to provide the Services.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and business details you enter in our forms, such as your name, membership email, business name, website address, domain status, timeline and request details.
- Files and content you send for your website, such as logos, headshots, bios, testimonials, brand colors and photos, whether through a Google shared drive, email or a form.
- Details you share when you book a call, such as your name, email and the time you choose.
- Messages and support requests you send us, including screenshots or links.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring page, collected through server logs, cookies and analytics tools.
- Form and email engagement data collected by our customer relationship tools, such as when a form is submitted or an email is opened.
We do not ask for your domain or hosting passwords. Domain access is granted through your registrar’s delegate or account-sharing feature. We do not collect payment card details on fbasupport.com.
How we use your information
- To confirm your FBA membership, by matching the email you submit with FBA membership records.
- To design, build, host, refresh and support your website, and to reply to your requests.
- To schedule and hold calls and delivery meetings with you.
- To prepare proposals and invoices for custom work you approve.
- To send service messages about your requests and your site.
- To keep fbasupport.com and the FBA network secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the Services:
- Service providers who work on our behalf, including our CRM, forms and scheduling provider (HubSpot), our website hosting provider (Pagely), Google (Workspace, shared drives, Analytics and Site Kit) and our video-conferencing providers (Google Meet and RingCentral). They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Within FBA, with staff who support your membership and your website.
- When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
With your permission, we may feature your website, business name and screenshots on fbasupport.com, including on our Our work page and member site directory. You can ask us to remove your site at any time.
Cookies and analytics
fbasupport.com uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand traffic (for example with Google Analytics) and connect form submissions to your contact record (for example with HubSpot tracking cookies).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Where we offer a cookie banner, you can also choose which non-essential cookies to allow. Blocking some cookies may affect how forms and scheduling work.
Member websites we host
Member sites run on the FBA network. Members control the content and forms on their own sites and are responsible for giving their visitors an accurate privacy policy and any required notices.
Where member sites use tools we set up, such as Google Site Kit, those tools connect to the member’s own accounts. We access member site data only to host, maintain, back up, secure and support the site, or when the member asks us to.
How long we keep information
We keep request, project and support records for as long as you are an active member and for a reasonable period afterward to support your site, resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting needs. Files you send are kept as part of your website and its backups. Backups are rotated on a regular schedule.
You can ask us to delete information we no longer need, as described below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including managed hosting, encrypted connections, role-based access and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or update the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or legitimate business reasons.
- Opt out of non-essential emails with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You will still receive service messages about your requests.
- Ask us to remove your site from our Our work page and member site directory.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email websitesupport@franchiseba.com from your membership email. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
fbasupport.com and the Services are intended for adult business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Text messages
fbasupport.com does not collect phone numbers through its forms and does not send marketing text messages. Text messaging programs run by FBA are covered by the privacy policy on franchiseba.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will let active members know by email.
